Now City is the synthesis: neighborhoods treated as living systems, with capital, design, and operations engineered together from the start.
Ritchie Ju
Co-founder & COO
Ritchie leads design, development, and operations. Architecture at Carnegie Mellon, architecture and urban design at Columbia, and an MBA in progress at Johns Hopkins. Previously a mobility planner at Lyft in New York, then capital raise and development support on a 1,000-unit mixed-use project in NYC.
