A small team, building for the long now.
Now City Inc. designs and builds complete neighborhoods: walkable, green, and made to improve with time. We are a small, bootstrapped team, and we intend to stay with what we build, tending it for decades rather than years.
The full argument for why lives in the manifesto. The short version: the way America builds is failing the people it is for, the fixes already exist, and someone has to pull them together into real places. That is the work.
